"Had what I couldn’t find elsewhere"
I looked around at a few different sites, and Up North Sports ended up having the size and color I was after in stock. Checkout was straightforward too. Some items didn’t have a huge range of options, but compared to everywhere else I checked, they were definitely doing better. I’d shop there again.

I was looking around for some gear and ended up finding what I needed on Up North Sports. The site was straightforward, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the item arrived in good condition, so overall that part of the experience was totally fine.
I’d probably shop there again if they had what I wanted, though after everything was added up, the shipping cost caught me a little off guard. It felt a bit high for the size of my order, so next time I’d just pay closer attention to the final total before checking out

From what I remember, I had a sizing question before placing my order and reached out to support. They didn’t reply right away, but they did get back to me later that same day, which was still helpful. The answer was clear and they were friendly about it. I did have to follow up once, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but overall my experience with their service was good

"The Size Mix-Up That Ruined the Excitement"
I was actually excited when my order showed up, but that changed as soon as I opened the package. I checked it right away and realized it wasn’t the size I had ordered. It was disappointing because I was expecting to use it right away, and instead I had to deal with the hassle of the wrong item showing up.

Ordered a few parts for my sled and, miracle of miracles, the fitment info was actually right. Everything lined up and bolted on without turning into a three-hour argument with my toolbox. Happy with it.

I ended up having to return something, and the refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t exactly super fast, but I guess that’s kind of expected? Support did reply, and everything got sorted without too much hassle, so overall it was fine.

"Easy to Find What I Needed"
I was feeling mentally drained when I went in, so I really appreciated how easy everything was to find. They had way more snowmobile gear than the shops near me, and the sizes were laid out clearly. I found what I needed without having to dig around forever.

"Sizing was a relief"
I ordered a jacket and bibs from upnorthsports.com and was a little nervous about getting the size right. I used the size chart and it ended up being accurate, which was reassuring. Everything fit the way I was hoping it would, room to move around, but not loose or bulky. It’s always nice when an order shows up and you don’t have to stress about exchanging it.

I ended up ordering from upnorthsports.com because the price was better than a couple other places I looked at. shipping was reasonable too, so overall it felt like a solid deal. Got what I needed without feeling like I overpaid. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I’ve ordered from Up North Sports a couple times now. Everything showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there, but the shipping did feel a little slow. Prices are kinda average too, not bad but not amazing. I’d probly order again if they had something I needed in stock.

"Communication was just okay overall"
They did reply, but it was a little slow and not always super clear. I was checking my email in between errands that day, so maybe I noticed the wait more than usual, but it still felt like it took longer than it should have. I got the answer eventually, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just not the smoothest communication.

They did help me pick out the right gear, and it was clear they knew what they were talking about. I just felt kind of dismissed during the process, like they wanted to get through it quickly instead of really hearing what I was asking.

"Backorder ended up being no big deal"
I ordered a jacket and it turned out to be on backorder, they emailed me quickly with an actual update instead of leaving me guessing. It even showed up earlier than I expected. No runaround or weird delays, so I’d definitely order from Up North Sports again.
